E-Visa for 43 Nation for India-It will Boost Indian Tourism
Thursday (27.11.2014) E-Visa has been launched,
which will be smiling reason from 43 country’s tourist, now they can apply for
Indian visa in very simple steps.
The main purpose of the E-Visa is to promote Indian Tourism; it will be a hassle-free travel to foreign nationals.

Online e-visa facility for 43 countries
including the countries US, Australia, Japan, Israel, Germany, Singapore and
others. Tourist or travelers can apply for a visa from their homes and receive
a visa within 72 hours.
The electronic travel
authorization (ETA) will be valid for 30 days and the visa fee has been fixed
at $62. Those people are traveling for tourism, short duration medical
treatment, and casual business visit or to meet friends and relatives will be
eligible to apply. Initially the facility will be available at nine airports
including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Goa, Hyderabad, Kolkata and
Thiruvanathapuram.
Other countries included in the first phase are Russia, Ukraine, Brazil, UAE, Jordan, Kenya, Fiji, Finland, South Korea, Singapore, Mauritius, Mexico, Norway, Oman and the Philippines among others. "Currently 43 countries are included in the first phase.
"India has a high advantage in tourism sector because of its geographical location and there E-Visa scheme definitely going to hit the Indian Tourism positively. We hope for huge growth of Indian Tourism in coming years.
